Welcome to Aadithya Silks – The Epitome of Elegance and Tradition

Discover the Timeless Elegance of Sarees
Sarees – a symbol of grace and tradition, have been an integral part of Indian heritage for centuries. Tracing its origins to the Indus Valley Civilization, the saree has stood the test of time, evolving in design, fabric, and style to meet the sensibilities of each era. Sarees are not just attire; they are a testament to the cultural richness and diversity of India. Each fold holds a story, each color represents a tradition, and every weave embodies the skill of artisans who craft these masterpieces with utmost dedication.

Aadithya Silks – A Legacy Woven with Passion
Nestled in the heart of Sirumugai, Tamil Nadu, a town renowned for its weaving wonders, Aadithya Silks takes pride in preserving the ancient craft of saree-making. Our journey is a celebration of the weaver’s loom, the beauty of handcrafted textiles, and the allure of contemporary designs that resonate with the modern woman. We blend time-honored techniques with innovative patterns to create sarees that are both luxurious and unique.

Handloom Pure Soft Silk

The Touch of Royalty Embrace the sheer luxury of our Handloom Pure Soft Silk sarees. Woven by skilled artisans using traditional handlooms, these sarees are known for their lightweight texture and exquisite sheen. The intricate designs, vibrant hues, and impeccable craftsmanship make each piece a treasure to behold and a pleasure to drape.
Handloom sarees are woven entirely by hand, without the use of electricity or mechanical assistance. Artisans manually interlace the warp (lengthwise threads) and weft (crosswise threads) to create the fabric, employing traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations.

Bridal Kanchi Silk Sarees – The Bridal Dream
Weddings are a celebration of love and new beginnings, and our Bridal Kanchi Silk sarees are crafted to make every bride’s dream come true. Inspired by the regal weaves of Kanchipuram, these sarees feature opulent zari work, rich motifs, and a grandeur that befits the splendor of Indian weddings. Make your special day unforgettable with a saree that’s as exceptional as you are.

The border of a bridal Kanchipuram silk saree is typically broad and heavily embellished with intricate designs and zari work. The pallu (the loose end of the saree draped over the shoulder) is also adorned with elaborate motifs and zari patterns, making it a focal point of the saree.

Kanchipuram silk sarees are handwoven on traditional wooden looms by skilled artisans. The distinctive feature of these sarees is the ‘korvai’ technique, where the border and body of the saree are woven separately and then interlocked together. This technique ensures that the border and body have different patterns and can be distinguished clearly.
